I am an American who has been living in Germany for over ten years, working as a freelance translator since 2017. I finished my B.A. in German Studies and Philosophy and my M.A. in German as a Second Language Education/Intercultural German Studies in the USA and in Germany. I am also a (German) certified daycare provider and kindergarten teacher.
I am open for all texts; my work thrives on diversity. I do, however, focus on environmental issues—whether solar energy handbooks or informative pamphlets—the field of education, as well as all things sports-related. Thanks to years of work for an environmental NGO in Boston concerned with social justice and bicycle transport and my work as a forest and Waldorf kindergarten teacher in Freiburg, I am especially pleased to work on projects within these fields.
